Hiragana / Katakana Converter

Converts standard hiragana and katakana, including voiced, small and iteration characters. Halfwidth katakana is normalized before conversion; unrelated halfwidth Latin text is preserved. Ainu and extended loanword kana without standard hiragana equivalents remain unchanged. Kanji readings and romaji are not inferred. Maximum 1 MB UTF-8.
